  2. Booking & Appointments
    When you submit a service request via our website, phone, or email, we schedule a technician based on availability and location. Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to service conditions.
  3. Payments
    Service charges are communicated clearly before the work begins. Any additional costs, such as spare parts or extended repairs, will be discussed and confirmed with the customer prior to billing.
  4. Warranty
    We offer a 90-day service warranty on workmanship unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover:
    • Damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
    • Parts not supplied or installed by us.
  5. Limitation of Liability
    We shall not be held responsible for:
    • Any pre-existing issues in appliances
    • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party suppliers
    • Losses due to the appliance’s performance after the repair, beyond what was serviced
  6. Third-Party Brands
    We are not affiliated with or authorized by any appliance brands. All trademarks, brand names, and logos mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are used for reference purposes only.
  7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
    You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 2 hours before the appointment time. Late cancellations may incur a visit fee.
  8. User Responsibilities
    You agree to provide accurate information during service requests and ensure safe access to the appliance for repair. You must also ensure there’s an adult present during the visit.
  9. Modifications
    We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here and will be effective immediately upon posting.
